A H Hirsch bottlings are some of the highest rated and most sought after bottlings of vintage whiskey around. The brand has a historical lure to it, with bottlings for the brand being done by Julian Van Winkle III and most likely being sourced from similar stocks as to what he was using for his own bottlings. Many of the Hirsch bottlings were exported overseas rather than being released domestically which further adds to the legend.
